We are Henry and Amy, and we are excited at the opportunity to share our lives and ourselves with you through this letter. We cannot begin to imagine how difficult taking this path might be for you, and we can only hope that our letter might provide some encouragement and hope as you travel this way. Should you decide to stay a while and get to know more about us, we can only pray that it will result in a life-long answer to prayer for all of us.
We met in 2004 at The University of Hawaii at Manoa, during the week of orientation. Rachel had been locked out of her room, and while she waited for her roommate to get the RA, Alex happened to walk by and introduce himself. Since then we have been together for a little over eight years, and have been married for four of those years.
We met 12 years ago and have been happily married for the last five years, and our love has grown with each passing day. It says a lot that after 12 years, we still really look forward to seeing each other at the end of the work day. We were married in California but our love of travel and tropical places brought us to Tahiti, where we were married again but this time in a traditional Tahitian wedding by a Tahitian high priest. Surrounded by palm trees, tropical flowers and family we exchanged our vows again. That day remains one of the most happy and memorable days of our lives. By the way.....the high priest only spoke in Tahitian....so really, who know what he was saying. It all sounded good to us though.
My name is Kim and this is the hardest letter I've ever had to write, but knowing that we both want a happy, successful future for your baby gives us some common ground on which to begin. I also believe that the choice you have made to place your baby for adoption is the most loving and selfless decision you could make. I’m sure there may be people who disagree with your decision but just know that you, and I are giving your baby the best chance in life.
We have been happily married for over 7 years. We met in the fall of 2003 at college and married in 2005, almost two years to the day. Robert is a police officer with just over 5 years of experience in law enforcement. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Psychology degree in 2005 and enjoys woodworking and road biking in his spare time. Amber is a full time stay at home mom, who took time off of school to raise the kids.
Hi, we are Petr and Hana. We met in 1998 in the north Czech Republic rock climbing. We talked through a couple of nights and within weeks we moved in together, which surprised many of our friends and families. At that time, Hana was a member of a wild water rafting team and just had started rock climbing. Petr was already experienced rock climber and decided to join Hana on the rivers. We both love active traveling.
